Jester King Brewery’s Founder Jeffrey Stuffings will be on board to host 5 private events. Jeffrey has reached deep into the Jester King cellars to bring you an amazing beer list!

This cruise with Jester King and Craft Beer Austin is limited to 50 cabins!

You will taste this wide variety of Jester King’s limited and special release beers, while interacting with the founder of Jester King. We have laid out a beer filled schedule aboard the ship with 5 Private Events.  (See events bolded in itinerary below.)

We are working with Royal Caribbean to have other local beers available on board for purchase outside of our private events!

Jester King Brewery is an authentic farmhouse brewery committed to making wild ales and spontaneously fermented beers that reflect the unique character of their location in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. Like the small farmhouse breweries that inspired them, they pursue beer making that involves time, patience, unique fermentation, full attenuation, and refermentation in the serving vessel. Jester King uses water from their well, locally grown and malted grains, and native wild yeast to make beer with a sense of place unique to their brewery. 

This 7 night Western Caribbean cruise will depart on Sunday, August 16th, 2015 from Port Galveston, Texas and travel to Cozumel, Mexico, Belize City, Belize and Roatan, Honduras before returning to port on Sunday, August 23, 2015.

The group itinerary* includes the following:

Day 1: Welcome: Galveston, TX Departs 4:30PM

Welcome aboard Navigator of the Seas

*Sunset Welcome Beer- Climb aboard the ship, receive your Jester King glass and then mingle with Jeffrey Stuffings while enjoying your first Jester King beer of the cruise.

Day 2: Cruising

Whether you seek an adrenaline rush or total tranquility, this cruise has options for both! Try rock climbing, ice skating and surfing 200 feet above the waves. Melt away land-based stress with a spa massage, build a scrapbook of memories or simply relax poolside.

*Jester King Beer Pairing Dinner – station style 4 course dinner, featured by Royal Caribbean chefs paired with Jester King Brewery’s special beers.

Day 3: Port of Call: Cozumel, Mexico Arrives 9:00 AM Departs 6:00 PM (Docked)

Cozumel features great diving, snorkeling and beaches, marine-life encounters, botanical gardens, trails and shopping in the town of San Miguel. The nearby mainland is home to Tulum, Mayan cliffside ruins overlooking the Caribbean. Explore the ruins of the ancient Mayan city of Tulum, perched above the Caribbean. Or explore the underwater world of Chankanaab aboard the Atlantis Submarine.

Day 4: Port of Call: Belize City, Belize Arrives 8:00 AM Departs 6:00 PM (Tendered)

The former capital, Belize City is your gateway to an array of adventures in this tiny nation. Like hiking in the rainforest, cave-and-river tubing, bird watching, exploring Mayan ruins and enjoying the gorgeous Caribbean coastline. Climb to the top of El Castillo for a gorgeous view of the Mayan Mountains. This ancient temple was erected as a symbol of Mayan devotion to the Sun God.

Day 5: Port of Call: Roatan, Honduras Arrives 7:00 AM Departs 5:00 PM (Docked)

Roatan welcomes divers and snorkelers eager to explore the thriving coral reef. Boaters, beachgoers, and water-sports fans enjoy the sparkling seas, too. The island also has a multicultural population, some descended from pirates. For a scuba or snorkeling adventure in beautiful waters. Wander and take in the sights and scents surrounding you.

*Guided Tasting #1 – In the evening, Jeffrey Stuffings will take you on a guided tasting through a flight of Jester King’s beers and answer questions about Jester King’s process and philosophy.

Day 6: Cruising

*Private Pool Party – Swim Under the Stars – In the evening,  join Jester King & Craft Beer Austin for a private pool party while enjoying special Jester King beers on Tap.

Day 7: Cruising

*Guided Tasting #2 – In the evening, Jeffrey Stuffings will take you on a second guided tasting through a different flight of Jester King’s beers while we reflect on the great time we had the last seven days and all the new friends we have made.

Day 8: Port of Arrival: Galveston, Texas Arrives 7:00 AM

Royal Caribbean multi-course breakfast, lunch and dinner meals are included with this cruise fare.
