Austin Homebrew Festival 2017
A Celebration of Austin’s Finest Small Batch Beer
The Austin Homebrew Festival celebrates the best of Austin’s homebrewed beers, meads, ciders, and kombuchas. Award-winning homebrewers from all over Central Texas participate in this annual event, with high quality brews to be expected at the festival.
The Festival offers guests a chance to taste brews from over a dozen homebrewers, vote on their favorite brews for the coveted “People’s Choice Awards.” In addition, a jury of local craft beer professionals will select their favorites of the Fest. Food will be available for purchase from local food vendors.
As guests mix and mingle, they’ll enjoy local music, as well as peruse our beer-centric raffle and homebrew and fermentation demos.
The Festival is a members-only event for the Austin Homebrew Appreciation Society, with proceeds from membership and onsite raffle going to AHB Community School, a local 501(c)(3)

How: Due to TABC law, you have to join the Austin Homebrew Appreciation Society to attend the festival.
For a small membership donation, you receive a one-year AHB Appreciation Society Membership, with access to our quarterly newsletter and grants you access to the Austin Home Brew Festival, our members-only event on November 3, 2017.

Only members of the Austin Homebrew Appreciation Society are eligible to attend the Austin Homebrew Festival, due the unique state laws that govern homebrewing. You must be at least 21 years of age to join the Austin Homebrew Appreciation Society. A membership card and a ticket for 1 adult to attend the Festival will be sent electronically once your registration is confirmed. Individual memberships are valid until November 1, 2018.
All membership and event proceeds will be donated to AHB Community School, a small progressive non-profit that offers Austin families a unique and exciting educational model.
