This week, we have one major brewery get approval to come to Texas, Cascade Brewing. This Portland brewery is best known for their great sour beers, which will be another great addition to the shelves of Texas. No word on date of their arrival, as they still all need label approvals, but it will definitely be something to look forward to.

On to label approvals. There are some new breweries on this list including Waco’s Bare Arms, Richmond’s Braman Running Walker, and Not Your Father’s Root Beer.
Bare Arm’s recently opened their taproom in Waco. This is Waco’s only current brewery (with Brotherwell opening in the near future as well). They are currently open Monday through Thursday 3-5, and Friday/Saturday from 1 to 8.
